Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. NZWB can cover the manufacturing fault, and all damages during the transition will be covered by the carrier depending on their terms and conditions.
Cancellations/Refunds
For any reasons, refunds can be only issued by the store credit. A full refund will be made when we cannot fulfill your order or any faulty information on our website. This is because there are non-refundable payment processing fee occurs, which will lose our/your values in the end.
Any cancellation after items are fulfilled cannot be accepted.
Sale Policy
NZWB runs promotions time to time, and we do not share our promotion schedules with certain customers. We will firstly publish to our customers who are on our mailing lists, instagram and facebook. Unfortunately, we cannot apply sale price for items that were purchased prior to the sale period. Cancellation for this reason would not be accepted.
