Tasting Note: 100% Shiraz, 19-23 year old vines. Sometimes less is more. Made from shiraz grown on our certified organic and biodynamic estate vineyard and produced without additions of any kind. The PF Shiraz is fresh, fruit driven and medium bodied. A delicious wine to be enjoyed in its youth.

Winemaking Notes: De-stemmed and mechanically sorted with a large percentage of whole berries retained and tipped into open-top fermenters. After a few days of gentle cold soaking, we allowed the must to warm, and wild fermentation to occur. The wine was carefully basket pressed after approximately 2 weeks on skins. No additives were used throughout entire production. Bottled in August 2021, after completing malolactic fermentation. No fining.
